How an episode goes

Same four parts every time, so kids know what's coming and can't wait for the next freeze.

  1. LearnMeet the crew and learn three named moves, one 8-count at a time.
  2. PlayFour freeze rounds: silly poses, bubble tricks, one-foot balances and the Opposite Round.
  3. RoutinePut every move together, strike a big freeze, and win the world's gem.
  4. Cool downSink slowly to the floor and take three big bubble breaths.

Meet the crew

Every character owns a move, so kids learn the names and shout them out.

Sweet, a little dramatic, and never without her yellow bow. Wiggle your arms like floppy noodles!
